Our Butterfly Series dinners allow us to break from our normal tasting menu offering and shift our focus to 

regional food from around the world and learn more about food culture, cooking methods and traditions. This gives us the unique opportunity to create a one-off menu with carefully selected drinks from each area to expand our knowledge and yours in what is always a wonderful celebration of food & drink.
